Research Projects: Medicare Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Survey (CAHPS) of Fee for Service Enrollees

Purpose of Project:

Conduct a national survey to collect data on the satisfaction and health services experiences of beneficiaries in the Medicare Fee-for-Service program. The survey will be administered to Fee-for-Service beneficiaries in 280 geographic areas for comparison with the experiences of beneficiaries in Medicare Managed Care plans.

Project Duration: August 2000 to September 2005
