Purpose of Project:

An actuarial capitation model suitable for measuring and assessing site financial risk as a function of site/enrollment characteristics and payment system specifications. The purpose of the project is to model and assess characteristics of PACE sites and enrollment that effect financial risk to the site and to suggest payment system structures to manage this risk.
