Purpose of Project:

Participating facilities provide MDS assessments to CHSRA in electronic format through a secure internet website. CHSRA provides reports showing comparative results on individual QI/QMs at the facility level and at the individual resident level. CHSRA also provides: (1) QI/QM training, (2) follow-up specific review guides for each QI, (3) general quality improvement information, (4) and a toll-free helpdesk for facilities nationwide.
