Community Crash Reports The Community Crash Reports have been produced since 1995 using the CODES linked data . The Reports have been used in a variety of Community Education Programs throughout the state, including communities involved in Wisconsin’s ‘Safe Communities Program’.The reports are produced using the zipcode of residence of the occupants of vehicles involved in crashes in Wisconsin for Cities, townships and Counties as requested by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
